Heavy Gauge Slitter
Our Heavy Gauge Slitter handles coils up to 30,000 lbs with slitting thicknesses between 0.015” and 0.250”, operating at speeds up to 1,200 feet per minute. Shimless tooling ensures burr-free edges and no camber, meeting strict customer tolerances.

Light Gauge Slitter
The Light Gauge Slitter processes gauges from 0.001” to 0.012”, with a maximum master coil width of 52” and max weight of 2,000 lbs. Ideal for smaller runs and specialized heat exchanger fin production.

Light Gauge High Speed Slitter
Designed for demanding applications, the Light Gauge High Speed Slitter processes aluminum, stainless steel, and nickel at thicknesses between 0.002” and 0.024” at speeds up to 1,600 feet per minute.

- Slit widths down to 0.625”
- Slitting tolerances as tight as +/- 0.002”

Multi Gauge Slitter
Our Multi Gauge Slitter handles all aluminum tempers, including “O” temper coils, processing material from 0.004” to 0.080” thick.

Cut-to-Length Lines
Lynch Metals operates three Cut-to-Length lines for aluminum and stainless steel coils, capable of processing coils up to 60” wide and 30,000 lbs in weight.
- Thickness range: 0.016” to 0.125”
- Cut lengths: 15” to 192”
- Ideal for surface-critical and ductile materials such as “O” temper aluminum.
