Common aluminum alloys include 1100, 3003, 5052, 5005, and 3004. These alloys are available in gauges from 0.006” to 0.125” with fiber cores that have an inner diameter of 3”, 6”, 10”, 16”, or 20”.
Painted, anodized, or other coated aluminum coil products are available in thicknesses from 0.020” to .125” with same core diameter choices as the bare aluminum coils. All of these products can be slit to widths between 0.125” and 60”, cut to length, or sheared to create custom shapes, sizes, and volumes.
Aluminum foil is available in the same alloys as our bare aluminum selection and in gauges from 0.001” to 0.059”. We can process foil in tempers “O” to H19 and have specially designed equipment to handle this sensitive material. Ultra high vacuum (UHV) foil is also available on 3” plastic cores that are packaged in a plastic box for added protection.
